Residence Certificate

Eligibility:

1. Applicant must be a resident of Chhattisgarh. 2. Residence Certificate. 3. Residence Certificate..

    1. Person who satisfies any one condition of the following four conditions will be considered as the local residence of Chhattisgarh:-
      1. The person must be born in Chhattisgarh.
      2. (a) If the person or (b) Any of his parents, or (c)If the person or Any of his parents, or If any of his parents are alive, then his legal guardian has a continuous stay in Chhattisgarh for at least 15 years.
    1. Any of the parents(a)Any of parents,Is state government employee or retired or (b) The central government. Servants working in Chhattisgarh
    2. (a) person, 
      or (b) For the past five years, your parents are in possession of any real estate, industry or business in the state.

In addition to fulfilling the above conditions, the person will also fulfill at least one of the conditions below.:
5. For atleast 3 years, the person has received education from any of the educational institutions of the district of Chhattisgarh or presently undivided Madhya Pradesh, which is included in the state of Chhattisgarh. 6. person has passed the examinations of any state educational institution

  1. Higher Secondary Examination or Class VIII Examination, Minimum Educational Qualification is required for either graduation or higher degree of any of the recognized universities for admission to any institute in any government organization or higher degree.
  2. In order to obtain minimum educational qualification for any admission or service in any government organization, it is either intermediate or higher secondary if it is necessary, either in class eight examination, university or board or equivalent examination.
  3. In any other case, the examination of class five.

7. For all other matters, other than the above mentioned, any of the following categories will be a local resident of Chhattisgarh State.

  1. Husband or children of recruited IAS officers in Chhattisgarh
  2. Husband or Chhattisgarh state government officials / employees’ children.
  3. Husband or children of persons appointed by the President of India in the state constitutional or statutory rank
  4. Husband or children of persons appointed established under the Chhattisgarh any institution or corporation or board or designated operational Commission officials / officers / employees

Husband or according to the above parameters is a local resident of the state, that person’s children will also be considered as the local residents of the state.

    1. Applicant’s Birth Certificate.
    2. i. Ration Card of the respected person ii.Certificate from parsed candidate belongs to a municipal area. iii.Certificate Patwari or Punch or legislative candidate belongs to a rural area. For the point 2(c) Eligibility criteria are stated in i. Certificate of death of parents; And ii.
    3. Court order or a stating the validity of the legal guardian.
    4. Certificate from employer
    5. Any documents related to the property of the following

i. Sales tax ii.Tax receipt issued by RMC

    1. Certificate from the educational institute.
    2. Any certificates / mark sheets of the relevant examinations

(a) Higher Secondary Examination or eighth grade examination (b) Class VIII examination (c) Class V examination

  1. Service book of person.
